Joseph R. Biden has officially been declared winner, he will be the 46th President of the United States. Kamala Harris will be the first female Vice President, along with the first person of non-European descent to be elected VP.
This has been officially declared because Joe Biden has carried the State of Pennsylvania with it’s 20 electoral college votes, pushing him past the 270 electoral college votes needed – he now has 273.

Donald Trump will be the first President to serve only one term since George Bush Senior, who lost after one term to Bill Clinton in the 1992 election.
Biden will deliver a victory speech in his HQ at Wilmington, Delaware, in the evening.
Joe Biden served as Vice President to President Barack Obama for 8 years, so is familiar with the White House already.
Though it’s officially over, Trump might not concede defeat, but this won’t be an issue. Biden is expected to win with a comfortable margin, as he leads in Arizona, Nevada and Georgia too – he is expected to win 306 electoral college votes.
