Labour manifesto leaked

The BBC, along with other news agents, have reported that the Labour Party manifesto for this years general election has been leaked.

According to the BBC:

“The BBC has seen a copy of the document, which has not yet been formally signed off, after copies were leaked to the Mirror and the Daily Telegraph.

Policies include nationalising railways and bus firms and renewing the Trident nuclear weapons system.

Labour would not comment on the leak.”

Other policies including scraping caps on public sector pay and strengthening Trade Union rights.

Labour have already announced they will scrap tuition fees.

The leak, again according to the BBC, states that “Labour will refuse to set a target on cutting immigration and will rule out leaving the European Union without a Brexit deal in place.”

We will have to wait and see what Labour officially announce, nevertheless Labour seem to be concentrating on policies that are deemed popular with the British Public.
